Bodysublime Personal Training is pleased to provide the opportunity for all fitness enthusiasts to participate in the “BODYSUBLIME 12 Week Transformation Challenge ” – a program designed to produce maximum results in minimal time!
Why does this 12 Week program work so well?
1) Timeframe: 12 weeks is a realistic timeframe - and having a deadline creates the incentive to achieve the best possible results! 2) Goal Setting: Having tangible, specific goals from the outset is extremely important, not to mention, motivational. Every 3 weeks you will be given a specific objective to take you one step closer to your goals. 3) Variation: Your program is updated after 6 weeks. Typically the body adapts to a programme at this time and progress can plateau. This new stimulus requires the body to adapt to the new demands and progress continues! 4) Progression: The program is progressive in nature. You’ll be encouraged to increase your weights and/ or repetitions over the course of the 12 weeks and maximise every exercise! 5) Nutrition: You will be given nutritional guidelines and a plan specific to your personal tastes. This is not a diet by any means. It is, however, a plan you can follow for life and no deprivation is involved! 6) Accountability Every 3 weeks you will meet with a personal trainer to record your results and to fine tune your eating and/ or training program. Accountability means that programme adherence is greatly increased! 7) Personal Training: For those participants who are serious about achieving the best possible results, special personal training packages are available. Your personal trainer will teach you correct exercise techniques, provide you with ‘tip and tricks’ to maximise your results, and motivate you to aspire to even greater heights!
